I believe in a strength focused therapeutic approach, and believe each individual has the ability to enjoy a life worth living. Together, we can identify the tools needed to be successful in reaching your goals. In living and working in a military community, one learns the strengths and resiliency that develops when lives are in constant flux, and the need to keep going regardless of what change lies ahead. Whatever the goal, we can identify the best tools to help meet that goal. You have the strength, sometimes we just need to be reminded of that strength.
My focus is working with soldiers and their families to help in transitions, whether transitioning to/from deployment, moving to a new community, or making the big move from military to civilian life. Life can feel overwhelming, but with the right support, you can find a life worth living.
